As a Data Scientist You Will

Analyze large datasets from products and applications to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Design, develop, and implement predictive and prescriptive models to optimize workflows.

Implement robust MLOps practices to ensure the seamless deployment and scalability of predictive models.

Partner with Product and Engineering to embed analytics and AI-driven recommendations directly into products.

Build advanced analytics tools and dashboards to improve data-driven decision making for both internal stakeholders and external customers.

Collaborate with customer facing teams to deliver insights that improve adoption and customer outcomes.

Ensure quality, governance, and integrity of data across diverse, complex distributed systems and products.

Research and apply new data science techniques relevant to supply chain digitization and automation.

Requirements For Success

Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, ideally within the tech industry.

Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and modeling.

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and their data structures.

Hands‑on expertise with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Knowledge of predictive modeling for demand planning, order fulfillment, and supplier performance.

Ability to work with large‑scale, complex transactional datasets from multiple integrations.

Experience deploying models into production on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Familiarity with API‑based data exchange and SaaS integration patterns.
