$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Provide on-site leadership and supervision to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.
Oversee and manage all daily construction activities, including coordination with subcontractors, scheduling, and quality control.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety on the construction site.
Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being performed according to specifications and quality standards.
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and other construction-related personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Solid understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance on the construction site.
OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
