As our
Founding Full Stack Engineer , you’ll design and build core product experiences, ranging from frontend interfaces in React to backend systems in Python/TypeScript, that bring intelligent automation to life. You’ll work directly with the founders to shape the product, stack, and company from the ground up and play a key role in turning deep complexity into intuitive, impactful software. If you're energized by ambiguity, love building from scratch, and want to lead with both code and conviction, this role is for you. Qualifications
Comfortable with ambiguity.
You find clarity in mess and keep momentum even when things are uncertain. A strong communicator.
You can clearly articulate problems, solutions, and tradeoffs with both technical and non‑technical folks. Able to push back but commit.
You bring opinions and challenge ideas, but once a direction is chosen, you support it fully. Ownership Mentality:
You take the lead without waiting to be asked, owning features end‑to‑end, driving them forward, and making sure they deliver real impact. Outcome‑driven.
