Territory Manager – Jewelry Sales Be a Territory Manager for CAZA Collective, overseeing jewelry sales in California and Nevada.

Base Pay $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year plus commission.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for existing and new customers, aligning with seasonal and annual objectives.

Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Engage with designated territory accounts, providing product training and marketing support.

Identify and secure new customer accounts within assigned territories.

Collaborate with fellow Managers and leadership to formulate effective strategies.

Maintain displays and merchandising at each customer store location.

Formulate strategic direction for key accounts and a comprehensive market plan for each metro area.

Continuously improve technical expertise and product knowledge.

Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in jewelry or general retail sales.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Recent experience as a Territory Sales Manager with an established book of business.

Must reside in California or Nevada.

Working Conditions Substantial travel required (75%); average 3 of 4 weeks per month for trade shows and on-road visits.
