This position is fully in-person in Honolulu**
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Handle confidential customer information with discretion and integrity.
Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and service standards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (retail, sales, or financial services preferred).
Prior experience in a call center environment is desirable.
Strong verbal communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Comfortable using computers and navigating the internet.
Pay
$20/hr, paid weekly
Schedule
Training Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Call Center Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7PM. Weekend availability is required.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
