Headquartered in White Plains, the North America operations markets brands such as Godiva, Flipz , Turtles and McVitie’s. The business currently operates across two legal entities and leverages two ERP platforms (SAP S4 and Microsoft Dynamics 365). As we continue to scale and transform, we are see ki ng a strategic and hands-on Treasurer to oversee the company’s liquidity, risk management and banking relationships. You will play a critical role in collaborating with the corporate global team to optimize and ensure efficient cash management , forecasting and adherence to financial policy and support strategic initiatives. This position reports to the regional CFO and will be a member of the Americas finance leadership team . This is a critical position as the Treasurer will play a key role in continuing the journey to fully integrate the people, processes, and systems of two legal entities, Godiva and pladis.

Key Stakeholders include the General Manager Americas, Controller Americas, Global Financial Control and Treasury and the Global CFO

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES Cash and Liquidity Management

Oversee all Banking and Treasury operations for the North America region.

Monitor and forecast regional cash flows for Godiva and pladis North America ; improve cash forecasting methodology and understand variances.

Optimize working capital and ensure sufficient liquidity across all entities.

Develop a framework of robust controls over cash, including anti-fraud, and with an eye for continuous improvement.

Manage intercompany funding and cash pooling strategies.

Develop and execute short- and long-term financing plans.

Lead any financing initiatives , such as, leasing or currency hedging.

Manage banking relationships.

Manage treasury systems, controls, and compliance.

Ensure efficient execution of payments, collections, and treasury reporting.

Collaborate with FP&A, tax and accounting on cross functional projects as needed.

Champion automation and digital transformation in key treasury processes as appropriate

Controls and Compliance Drive continuous improvement in controls as it relates to treasury and banking operations and ensure compliance.

Strategic Initiatives Support strategic initiatives as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or related.

Proven experience in corporate treasury, preferably in FMCG industry.

Deep understanding of cash management, FX, and capital markets.

Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action and innovation.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Successful record of leading high performing teams, delivering streamlined process and leveraging technology.

Proficiency in CashPro SAP S4, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience coaching and developing finance professionals.

Ability to stand alone and influence both up and down within and outside the organization.

A drive, commitment and sense of urgency that inspires others to be their best and achieve results.

ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS Base starting salary ranges from $110k - $140k/year. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role includes:
