Location and Schedule Core office locations are Salisbury, NC, Carlisle, NC, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD, or Quincy, MA. The flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.

Position Summary The Fixture Analyst role is essential for driving operational excellence and supporting ADUSA growth strategy. Responsibilities include end‑to‑end management of merchandising equipment/shelf fixtures, overseeing inventory control, procurement processes, and efficient distribution. The role directly supports new store openings, acquisitions, remodels, ISA cycle work and ongoing store operations, ensuring appropriate equipment availability.

Duties and Responsibilities

Validate fixture order requests from merchandising and store planning teams to ensure alignment with approved plans and store layouts.

Confirm all fixture specifications (dimensions, finishes, compatibility) align with company/brand standards.

Place accurate orders for fixtures with approved vendors, ensuring timely delivery to meet project schedules.

Track and manage orders, proactively resolving delays or discrepancies and communicating updates to stakeholders.

Collaborate with merchandising, store planning, project management, and vendors across ADUSA brands to clarify fixture needs and resolve issues.

Maintain fixture inventory databases, track quantities, locations, and usage to support efficient ordering and minimize excess inventory.

Provide fixture ordering support for new store openings, remodels, and special projects, ensuring all required fixtures are delivered and installed on time.

Review and process change requests for fixture orders, adjusting quantities or specifications as needed.

Work within budget guidelines, seek cost‑effective solutions, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and vendor agreements.

Identify opportunities to streamline the fixture ordering process, improve order accuracy, and enhance communication with internal teams and vendors.

Assist in designing, applying, and installing IT solutions/systems that support fixture management across the ADUSA network.

Build reports—both one‑time and automated—to help the business make informed decisions and grow collective business.

Prepare clear instructions and guides for users and technical teams.

Use business tools like Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and others to manage and improve fixture accuracy and build process efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge of category merchandising principles, processes, and retail implementation.

Clear written and oral communication skills.

Microsoft Suite experience and knowledge.
