Housekeeping Lead Position - Day Shift Prepares, facilitates, monitors, and documents training activities for the department. Establish and maintain a cooperative work relationship by providing housekeeping services to aid patients, staff and visitors. Responsible for the operation of the appropriate shift of Environmental Services throughout the organization. Ensures that environmental services are provided in a timely, consistent, and collaborative manner while ensuring standards and procedures are followed.

Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Minimum two (2) years experience in a hospital setting as a support technician, patient unit housekeeper, or prior experience as a housekeeping supervisor or lead.

Demonstrated effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated Leadership skills.

Required Credentials

N/A.

Preferred

Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Technician, CHEST.

Compensation Range $23.15 - $34.73 per hour

Salary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
