Base pay range $90,000 – $105,000 per year
Job Description Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services for individuals, companies, and institutions. As an Associate Client Relationship Manager (ACRM), you will partner with the Market Client Relationship Manager to manage client associates, support operations, and deliver a superior client experience while balancing risk and exposure to the firm.
Responsibilities
Promote client service satisfaction while balancing Merrill’s risk and exposure.
Once licensed, review and approve client documents and transactions as delegated by the Office Management Team.
Participate in the management and training of the Market’s Client Associates and Service Support Staff.
Develop an understanding of Merrill products and services, trend analysis, risk assessment, human resources, and industry knowledge.
Qualifications
Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65, or equivalent licenses) and Series 9 and Series 10 (or Series 8) within a specified timeframe.
SIE strongly preferred.
If unlicensed, must pass the AP Reasoning Assessment.
Strong client service and communication skills.
Minimum 3–5 years of financial services experience preferred.
Knowledge of regulatory, supervisory, and corporate policies and procedures.
Investment product knowledge (401K, options, annuities, tax, retirement plans, mutual funds, margin, trust operations).
Good organizational skills and ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.
Previous experience managing a team of at least 10 with supervision and delegation.
