Sendblue
Salesforce & API Integration Specialist
We're looking for a Salesforce & API Integration Specialist to own our Salesforce managed package, onboard new customers, and act as the technical point of contact for teams integrating via our API.
Base pay range:
$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Maintain and improve the Sendblue Salesforce managed package (metadata, flows, connected apps, custom objects).
Work with Engineering to publish version updates, fix bugs, and test new features.
Document setup steps, field mappings, and troubleshooting procedures.
Manage client side onboarding and ensure successful deployments across various Salesforce orgs.
Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to generate or refine small code snippets for automation and debugging.
Customer Onboarding & Support
Lead onboarding sessions for new Salesforce clients — from initial configuration to successful message sends.
Troubleshoot API keys, permission issues, and integration edge cases.
Create and maintain setup documentation, videos, and internal playbooks.
Collaborate with CSMs and Product to translate client feedback into roadmap insights.
API Client Point of Contact
Act as the first line of technical support for clients using the Sendblue API directly.
Help external developers test and debug API requests (authentication, payloads, rate limits, webhooks).
Reproduce and escape bugs efficiently to the engineering team with clear context.
Contribute to improving API documentation, SDK examples, and developer enablement materials.
Qualifications
2–5 years of Salesforce admin or implementation experience (bonus from ISV or AppExchange partner).
Hands‑on knowledge of Salesforce Flows, objects, permissions, and connected apps.
Basic literacy in Apex, SOQL, or LWC (able to tweak and test AI‑generated snippets).
Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON payloads, and auth flows (OAuth 2.0, bearer tokens).
Experience using tools like Postman or cURL for testing integrations.
Clear, confident communication with both technical and non‑technical customers.
Strong documentation habits and a proactive “see it, fix it” mentality.
Nice to Haves
Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
Experience supporting or implementing 3rd‑party SaaS integrations (HubSpot, Twilio, Gong, etc.).
Familiarity with webhooks, Zapier, or Make.
Exposure to basic scripting (JavaScript, Python) for testing integrations.
Prior work at a fast‑scaling SaaS startup.
Benefits
Own a visible and strategic integration that directly drives customer activation.
Work alongside a small, fast moving Product and CS team that values initiative and experimentation.
Empowered to use AI tools to work smarter, not harder.
Help shape how hundreds of businesses connect Sendblue with their CRM ecosystem.
