About The Position Mammoth Sports Construction is seeking a Sr. Systems Administrator to manage and support Mammoth’s IT and AV infrastructure. This role is hands‑on focused on maintaining reliable systems, supporting technology used in our offices and projects, and contributing to the design and deployment of AV solutions at jobsites. The ideal candidate will be technically driven, adaptable, and comfortable splitting time between IT systems administration and on‑site AV installation support.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, monitor, and maintain servers, storage, cloud services, network equipment, Microsoft 365, Barracuda ESS, and other technologies used to manage user endpoints.

Implement and support system backups, disaster recovery, and endpoint protection.

Troubleshoot and resolve various IT issues.

Assist in the design of AV systems in collaboration with project teams.

Deploy, configure, and test AV systems (displays, projectors, speakers, DSPs, control systems, etc.) on jobsites.

Provide hands‑on installation and technical support during AV deployments.

Document system builds, configurations, and project setups for IT/AV systems.

Travel to jobsites to assist with network setup, AV installations, and technical troubleshooting.

Build/support job site cameras.

Support end users with IT and AV related technical needs in both office and field environments.

Other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of experience in IT systems administration (Microsoft 365, networking, AV support).

Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.

Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and endpoint management.

Experience working with AV hardware and software (audio systems, video displays, DSPs, control systems).

Strong problem‑solving skills.

Willingness to work onsite and travel as needed for project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years MSP experience.

2+ years in AV support.

Industry certifications (CompTIA, CST‑I, Network+).

Prior experience supporting construction projects, sports facilities, or AV/IT integration projects.

Familiarity with structured cabling, fiber, and rack builds.
