The Coordinator - Social Media, will play a key role in bringing Hard Rock Bet’s voice to life across all social platforms. This position is responsible for day-to-day content creation, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking. With a focus on growing Hard Rock Bet’s audience and deepening engagement, this role will help build scalable programs that drive awareness, excitement, and customer loyalty, while maintaining the brand’s integrity and voice. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on creator with strong design and storytelling instincts, familiarity with analytics and performance metrics, and a genuine passion for sports, gaming, and entertainment. They should thrive in a fast‑paced environment and bring fresh ideas that resonate with fans and bettors alike. Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design

Develop and design eye‑catching, on‑brand social content—including graphics, short‑form videos, memes, and motion assets—for key sportsbook and casino moments. Manage daily publishing across platforms, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with Hard Rock Bet’s tone and visual identity. Social Execution & Optimization

Execute day‑to‑day posting and campaign scheduling, monitoring performance and engagement. Use platform analytics to identify trends, test new formats, and continuously improve creative performance. Community Management & Engagement

Engage directly with followers, bettors, and fans in real time—fostering meaningful conversations, celebrating wins, and addressing questions in a brand‑safe and compliant manner. Campaign Support

Collaborate with internal teams to support promotions, launches, and key events through creative social storytelling and coordinated publishing plans. Partnership Support

Assist in bringing Hard Rock Bet’s team and brand partnerships and events to life through content and collaborations. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Creative, Marketing, PR, and Product teams to ensure social content complements larger marketing initiatives and adheres to responsible gaming standards. Trend Monitoring & Ideation

Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and sports‑betting moments. Proactively pitch ideas that tap into cultural moments and keep Hard Rock Bet’s social presence fresh and relevant. What are we looking for?

1–3 years of experience in social‑media marketing, design, or digital content creation (experience in sports, or casino industries preferred). Strong design and editing skills across tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Cap Cut, or similar creative platforms. Proven ability to create and optimize content for major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, Reddit, and Snap etc.). Basic understanding of social analytics, KPIs, and performance measurement. Strong passion for sports and/or casino content, with deep knowledge in either (or both), and the ability to speak for the fan — creating content people want to engage with and share. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑moving environment. Excellent written and visual communication skills, with strong attention to brand tone and visual detail. Creative, collaborative, and proactive mindset with a passion for social storytelling and digital fan engagement. Plus:

Experience creating content from start to finish — filming, editing, and publishing social‑first videos. Plus:

Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Sora, etc.) for ideation, copywriting, video editing, or creative content production. Nights and weekends will be required based on the sports calendar. What’s in it for you?
