We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and highly collaborative marketing team. This hybrid opportunity could be located in our Golden Valley, MN, Waukesha, WI, Cincinnati, OH, or Columbus, OH office. Our new digital marketing manager will thrive in a hands-on environment, leading both strategy and execution for our digital marketing efforts with a heavy emphasis on lead generation. We’re looking for an individual with a broad digital understanding who knows the ins and outs of Salesforce – Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud – and loves optimizing new integrations to get the most from our toolset! Responsibilities
Act as the Marketing team’s expert in Salesforce systems and integrations. Assist our sales and business partners in understanding and using these tools. Help maintain data integrity and security of Salesforce databases.
Assist with the overall digital marketing strategy and develop lead generation campaigns.
Manage and collaborate with our digital marketing coordinators, supporting their execution of our campaigns across email, social media and other channels.
Work closely with the entire Marketing team and assist in cross-channel project management, building relationships with business partners and subject matter experts across the organization, and collaborating on creative and effective marketing initiatives.
Track and analyze digital marketing campaigns, and help optimize efforts to ensure both marketing and organizational KPIs are met.
Provide an exceptional external communication experience to our members and internal and external audiences alike.

Job Requirements
Four‑year degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or a related field, with proven work experience in marketing strategies and digital/email marketing required.
At least five years of experience working with marketing and email marketing communications in a corporate environment or agency setting.
Hands‑on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, with knowledge of other Salesforce platforms. Certification preferred.
Proven experience creating high‑impact, unique marketing campaigns.
Database management and list creation experience required; experience with tools like ZoomInfo a plus.
Strong knowledge of best practices for email creative, segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies, deliverability, and CAN‑SPAM/GDPR regulations.
Excellent project management skills, with an ability to break projects into tasks and timelines.
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects, meeting deadlines while keeping quality and results in mind.
