Responsibilities We’re looking for a highly motivated Partner Development Manager (PDM) to join the Intuit Mailchimp US partner team and take our business to the next level. In this role, you'll be responsible for acquiring and managing a set of Marketing Agency Strategic Partners, ensuring world-class engagement with Intuit Mailchimp, and focusing on driving mutual growth through new high-value customer acquisition, upleveling customer success, and ensuring we continue to raise the bar on partner experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of cross functional results, enterprise sales background, recruiting, onboarding, managing, and growing successful SaaS partnerships with mid-market Marketing Agency partners, be customer-focused, growth minded, results-oriented, and possess strong communication skills, time management skills and project management skills.
Qualifications
Agile, tenacious and consistent sales focused approach to build a book of business from scratch
Recruit new mid-market Digital Marketing Agencies into Mailchimp partner program through targeted, proactive, high-touch approach
Manage and build Intuit Mailchimp practices with a set of newly acquired and existing set of Strategic Partners, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring their continued high-touch engagement with Mailchimp
Drive joint go-to-market strategies to increase customer acquisition and growth
Build effective relationships with internal & external partners to ensure alignment on priorities and goals
Contribute to partner’s new client acquisition strategy, leveraging Mailchimp's channels and assets or creating new bespoke initiatives
Drive new Intuit powered service offerings to accelerate partner growth
Develop training and enablement materials and deliver sales enablement to managed partners
Identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to improve partner engagement and performance
Work cross-functionally to ensure customer success, onboarding, and support
Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in partnerships and business development, preferably in a SaaS or related industry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Passionate about driving partner engagement and growth
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actions
Preferred Qualifications
Track record of successfully shepherding multiple partners through an end to end partner journey starting with new partner acquisition all the way to long term revenue growth
Familiarity with Martech, Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Agency ecosystems
Experience working with medium sized service partners
Existing Agency network in the region
