How You Will Contribute
Content Creation and Management
Make informed recommendations on the content strategy and execute community communications, including the Catalyst newsletter
Write, edit, and publish content on Paradigm that sparks discussion, shares knowledge, and supports member learning journeys
Collaborate with teammates to bring forward new engagement ideas like virtual events, spotlight stories, and curated resource guides
Community Engagement
Monitor member activity and behavior on the platform, identifying opportunities to increase participation and connection
Post discussion prompts, polls, and updates to encourage interaction among members
Be the "go-to" resource for members, answering questions, guiding them to resources, and ensuring a welcoming community environment
Test and refine community engagement strategies to strengthen participation rates
Events and Programs
Support virtual learning opportunities by helping design and execute community engagement focused sessions
Partner with internal teams to promote events and ensure high attendance and value for members
Bring feedback and ideas from the community into programming design
Insights into Action
Track and analyze community engagement trends
Share member feedback with the Platform Coordinator and team to inform platform improvements
Recommend and implement communication workflows that boost member experience
What You Will Bring
At least 3-5 years of experience in community management, content marketing, or digital engagement
Excellent writing and communication skills with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement
Creative thinking with experience designing digital community experiences
High degree of organization and proactive approach to work, with the ability to juggle multiple community initiatives
Passion for building relationships and creating spaces where nonprofit leaders can thrive
Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture , which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect.
