What You’ll Do
Lead design projects from research and problem framing through to UX flows, prototypes, and polished experiences
Translate complex AI-driven insights into clear, approachable, and trustworthy interfaces.
Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover member needs and validate design decisions
Create information architectures, workflows, and interaction patterns that balance intuitiveness with technical sophistication
Prototype in Figma (high proficiency required), while also leveraging no-code/low-code tools to explore real interactions
Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to define opportunities and deliver production-ready solutions
Actively use AI in your design workflow (for ideation, prototyping, content generation, and synthesis)
What We’re Looking For
Strong track record of collaboration with product management, engineering teams, and cross functional partners, with a team-first mindset and ability to build strong working relationships
Proven experience leading design from concept through launch, especially in mobile or consumer-facing products
Deep expertise in UX research, product strategy, and interaction design; able to frame ambiguous problems and shape structured solutions
Extremely high level of proficiency in design tools and methodologies, including but not limited to Figma, wireframing, workflow diagramming, and prototyping
Strong visual/UI design skills that complement UX craft.
Familiarity with AI tools and an understanding of the unique design challenges AI brings (trust, explainability, transparency, accessibility)
Experience designing for emerging technologies (AI-first products, wearables, AR/VR, or voice) is a strong plus
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; able to influence across disciplines
Passion for health, fitness, and helping people understand and improve their performance
