Responsibilities
Lead various engagement types spanning research, UX strategy, design, and development, involving custom applications and enterprise marketing technology platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Adobe, Salesforce)
Bring organization and structure to delivery approach, plan, and meeting execution
Identify project risks, issues, and needs, coordinating with team members promptly
Proactively monitor and manage project scope, escalating risks and concerns for mitigation
Manage client communications, reviews, and feedback, facilitating regular project scrums and working sessions
Coordinate team resources and task assignments based on deliverables and project plans
Assist with contingency planning, problem resolution, and recommend solutions to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality deliverables
Present project parameters and checkpoints, ensuring timely delivery of quality deliverables
Deliver detailed progress reports, financials, and forecasts on assigned digital projects
Track changes in scope and actual hours against a project plan, making appropriate adjustments
Plan and facilitate effective meetings, project estimation, and planning
Collaborate with key discipline leads for input and manage personalities and conflict
Show ownership of the agency process and enforce its use within the team
Determine creative ways to employ teams on projects and distribute responsibilities
Seek internal efficiencies to increase client satisfaction and deepen relationships
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in developing large-scale websites, microsites, landing pages, and platforms with strong understanding of the development lifecycle
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with content management systems like Sitecore, AEM, Joomla!, Drupal, or WordPress
Familiarity with various digital channels, including website design and email design
Understanding of marketing technology platforms and custom application development
Strong Project Management skills, including monitoring and reporting on project status, budgets, schedules, and resource management
Experience using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Understanding of user experience and web design best practices
Experience managing multi‑tier software development projects is a plus
Salary and Benefits Salary range:
$86,000 - $104,000 , based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change.
