14 on/14 off or 7 on/7 off schedule -- guaranteed 40 hour work week 3 - 4 OR cases daily -- 10 - 20 rounding patients split between two providers Call rotation 1:5 with weekend call covering stepdown unit First assist duties in OR, rounding in floor and CVICU Complex cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures including CABG and VATS Advanced procedures including thoracentesis and chest tube placement No clinic responsibilities -- OR and rounding only Two APP positions available for ongoing coverage Health, vision, dental, and 401(k) retirement benefits offered Competitive compensation Paid malpractice insurance 24-hour access to your Weatherby Healthcare consultant and support team Covered transportation and housing expenses About Weatherby Healthcare
