Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing new business opportunities within the corrugated packaging sector. You will build strong relationships with customers, identify new markets, and drive profitable sales growth. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of packaging solutions and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Responsibilities
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the corrugated packaging market.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing excellent service and technical support.
Develop tailored packaging solutions to meet customer needs and align with company capabilities.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Collaborate with internal teams including design, production, and logistics to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
Skills and Experience Required
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within corrugated packaging, paperboard, or a related packaging sector.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into customer solutions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Full UK driving licence (or equivalent).
