Job Description Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP SD / OTC Consultant: This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.

This position may require travel and/or relocation to Project / client location which is Plano, TX.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 11 years of experience in OTC Lead is responsible for managing the delivery and continuous improvement of the Order to Cash (OTC) process within the Application Management Services (AMS) framework. This role oversees application support, incident and problem management, enhancements, and service delivery related to OTC modules (Sales & Distribution, Billing, EDI, SAP TM, Logistics, Accounts Receivable, etc.). The lead collaborates closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure system stability, process efficiency, and compliance with SLAs.

Lead end-to-end AMS support for OTC processes across ERP platforms (e.g., SAP SD/FI, TM,etc).

Manage incident, problem, and change management activities within defined SLAs.

Coordinate with business users to identify, prioritize, and resolve application issues.

Oversee root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes for recurring problems.

Act as the primary point of contact for OTC-related AMS support.

Manage and mentor a team of functional and technical consultants supporting OTC modules.

Interface with global process owners, business stakeholders, and other AMS towers.

Conduct regular service reviews, KPI reporting, and performance tracking.

Identify opportunities to optimize and automate OTC processes.

Lead small enhancements and coordinate with project teams for larger rollouts.

Implement best practices, documentation standards, and knowledge base updates.

Collaborate with IT and business to ensure smooth transition of projects into AMS support.
