Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify, curate, and create high‑impact knowledge assets aligned with business priorities.
Establish and maintain a global digital knowledge repository to organize intellectual property, guidebooks, templates, lessons learned, and best practices.
Develop and implement taxonomy, metadata, and cataloging standards to ensure content is searchable, accessible, and consistently maintained.
Lead structured knowledge capture initiatives, including lessons learned sessions and cross‑regional knowledge‑sharing forums.
Drive adoption of KM tools and processes by engaging employees and leaders across geographies and functions.
Serve as a global point of contact for KM initiatives, ensuring alignment and visibility across all regions.
Support the design and rollout of KM tools and platforms, tailoring them to meet the needs of diverse stakeholder groups.
Champion KM best practices and foster a culture of knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
Partner with business units to understand KM needs and expand KM service offerings to new areas of the business.
Collaborate with KM team members globally to share insights, approaches, and tools that enhance collective impact.
Monitor internal and external KM trends and innovations; promote relevant advancements across the firm.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in knowledge management or content management roles.
Proven experience in creating and managing digital knowledge repositories and libraries.
Strong understanding of taxonomy, metadata, and content organization principles.
Experience with KM tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft 365, collaboration hubs).
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives across geographies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and engage diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience in consulting, infrastructure, or professional services industries preferred.
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and adaptable in a global, matrixed environment.
