Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Onsite
Comp: $35-40/hr

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join a leading healthcare organization with a strong legacy of excellence in patient care and community service. The Financial Analyst will provide financial and analytical support across departments, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, operational analysis, and financial reporting to drive informed decision-making and strategic growth.
This position requires an analytical thinker with a solid understanding of healthcare finance, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and validate financial statements and reports, including budgets, variances, forecasts, and pricing analyses.
Collaborate with senior finance leadership on capital request ROI analysis and service line profitability assessments.
Review departmental operating statements monthly to identify budget variances and key drivers.
Analyze and extract revenue and expense data from financial systems, including ERP and clinical accounting platforms.
Develop and distribute management reports (e.g., overtime, FTE, new hires/separations, accounts payable, and service agreements).
Assist in educating department leaders on the budgeting process and variance analysis procedures.
Design and maintain financial models and databases to support forecasting and decision-making.
Support various budget-related and ad hoc financial projects as assigned.
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or Business Management.
HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or administrative financial support within a healthcare setting.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively.
