The

Vice President, Accounting

will serve as a key business partner to the NA Bosch CFO and executive leadership team. The VP F&A will be responsible for the entire Finance and Accounting accuracy of the organization, providing critical insights and guidance to support our strategic objectives. This role requires a leader who understands the unique accounting and financial dynamics of project‑based systems integration business and can manage all aspects of finance, accounting, and risk management while driving growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership: Act as a strategic partner to the NA Bosch CFO, providing accurate data, enabling proper forecasting to guide business decisions and long‑term planning.

Financial Management: Oversee all finance and accounting operations, including General Ledger, Project Accounting, AR, AP, Service Accounting, Licenses, regulatory and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Operational & Project Finance: Manage project‑based accounting, job costing, and revenue recognition to monitor project profitability and drive operational efficiency.

Business Process Compliance: Manage all aspects around business‑related compliance in relation to business licensing, GSA, CMMC, (d)FAR.

Payroll System: Safeguard alignment with Labor Compliance and Human Resource functions.

Legal Coordination: Manage entity‑related legal topics in close cooperation with the RB corporate function; manage legal risk portfolio.

Cash Flow & Capital Management: Optimize cash flow and working capital, manage banking /treasury relationships, and secure financing for strategic initiatives.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Lead financial due diligence for potential M&A activities and support integration efforts to ensure successful outcomes.

Risk & Compliance: Implement robust risk‑management processes, ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Process & System Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance financial processes, controls, and systems; implement best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Real Estate & Facilities: Manage real‑estate portfolio and site security.

Export Compliance: Manage proper and compliant export compliance processes.

Qualifications

Experience: 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience; at least 5 years in a senior leadership role at a systems integration, construction, or technology company with end responsibility for entity financials.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.

Certifications: CPA or CMA certification preferred.

Strategic Acumen: Proven track record as a strategic business partner, driving financial performance and growth.

Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, corporate finance principles, project‑based accounting, job costing, and financial life cycle of complex projects.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills, building and managing high‑performing finance teams, collaborating across all levels.

Systems Expertise: Proficiency in financial planning software, ERP systems (D365, COINS, SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel modeling, and business intelligence tools.

Mergers & Acquisitions: Experience with M&A and post‑merger integration in a systems integration company.

Preferred: Experience in security systems integration space, construction, or related project‑based industry is a strong advantage.

Compensation: $142,000 to $214,000 DOE
