This multi-phase build will transform an existing elementary school into a state-of-the-art middle school featuring multiple new structures, structural steel, masonry, and high-end finishes. Project Timeline: Fall 2025: Demolition; Early 2026: Mass grading & utilities; Summer 2026: Vertical construction. Lead day-to-day field operations for a complex, multi-phase build Oversee and mentor 23 superintendents plus field crews Direct demo, grading, utilities, and ground-up construction phases Ensure DSA compliance, schedule, safety, and quality standards Partner closely with PMs, engineers, and assistant supers on-site Qualifications & Requirements
1015+ years superintendent experience on $100M+ projects Proven leadership of multiple superintendents simultaneously Strong background in DSA and K12 school construction Expertise in structural steel, masonry, and complex ground-up builds Steady career history with top-tier general contractors Benefits
