Responsibilities

Collect rent, make bank deposits, prepare and submit rent roll.

Verify income complies with HUD, TCAC or other regulations.

Maintain waiting list, prepare and process leases.

Supervise on-site staff, process evictions, conduct annual inspections, and coordinate repairs for HUD properties; submit vouchers.

Qualifications

1+ year of affordable housing property management experience.

Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines.

Ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports.

Skills in resident problem solving and staff management.
