As a Lead Superintendent in Multifamily Construction, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong background in managing large-scale residential developments.
Base Pay Range $160,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
Office is based North of Boston
100 years in business
Projects all across the Greater Boston area and into southern New Hampshire
Team size: 40
Diverse project portfolio across multifamily, mixed-use and corporate commercial
Very well tenured employees & low staff turnover
Competes with many of the area's largest multifamily builders but offers a smaller, tight knit working environment
Description
Manage on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to align construction activities.
Oversee adherence to safety regulations and quality standards at all project stages.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project milestones.
Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Resolve conflicts or challenges that arise during construction to keep the project on track.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
