– 40‑hour standard week, 2nd shift (Mon‑Fri 1300–2130) Job Summary

The Anesthesia Technician assists with direct patient care activities, supporting Anesthesia Providers during delivery of anesthesia. Working in the operating/procedural room, the Technician provides support to the anesthesiologist during patient intubation, performs blood analysis, and ensures anesthesia equipment is set‑up and functioning properly. The Technician also assists with basic patient care procedures per the direction of the anesthesiologist/CRNA/CAA. Experience

A minimum of 2 years of direct patient‑related care experience is required OR completion of 2 years as an Anesthesia Aide along with 1 year of Anesthesia Tech progression training OR functioning as an Anesthesia Tech at another institution OR graduated from an Anesthesia Tech program OR holds certification as Anesthesia Tech. Education

High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associate degree from an accredited allied health field is preferred. Licensure

American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire. Special Skills
