About The Team The Corp Tech Acquisition team scopes and manages the implementation of Anduril’s acquired companies. We help enable the new acquisitions to build, ship, and deploy products at scale with Anduril’s systems and processes. As we continue to acquire companies and expand our capabilities, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Lead – Acquisitions. This role will oversee the front‑end aspects of integrating acquired companies into our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical program management assessment and planning for integrating acquired companies’ IT environments
Scope and evaluate IT hardware requirements, identifying compatibility issues and planning migration paths
Analyze and design infrastructure networking solutions to connect acquired environments securely
Develop systems engineering frameworks that enable smooth integration of disparate technologies
Implement security tooling and protocols to maintain compliance and data protection throughout integration
Design and deploy audio/visual solutions for conference rooms and collaborative environments
Map and integrate enterprise software applications, ensuring business continuity
Create detailed technical integration plans with clear timelines, resource requirements, and risk assessments
Indirectly lead without direct authority all work streams (AV, IT, Networking, Systems Engineering, Enterprise Software and Data Engineering) through execution of integration activities
Develop standardized integration playbooks for future acquisitions
Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in IT/technical leadership with demonstrated expertise in integration projects
Proven experience leading technical aspects of at least 2–3 merger/acquisition integrations
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT hardware, networking, and infrastructure
Expert level ability in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Experience with cloud migration and hybrid environments
Experience with enterprise networks, networking technology (Route/switch, TCP/IP, BGP, LAN/WAN, Aruba, Cisco, Arista)
Understanding of enterprise software platforms (ERP, MFG Systems) and integration methods
Experience with systems engineering and security framework implementation
Understanding of audio/visual technologies for enterprise environments
Proficiency in enterprise application architecture and migration strategies
Excellent project management skills with ability to develop and execute complex plans
Strong documentation and communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with change management in technical organizations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills, able to clearly articulate needs to leadership team and a wide variety of cross‑functional stakeholders
Certifications in networking, systems, security, or project management (e.g., CISSP, PMP)
Collaborate across teams, strategizing how to bridge different parts of the organization to achieve cross‑functional outcomes
High execution bar, seeing all acquisitions through from conception to tactical completion to move Anduril forward
Incredibly organized, detail‑oriented, and excel in strategic planning
High ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility
Discernment, fast learning, and navigation of ambiguous environment
50%+ travel required
U.S. Persons status is required as this position needs to access export‑controlled data
US Salary Range $146,000—$194,000 USD
