Job Summary The Visual Merchandising Specialist executes product presentation, styling, and in‑store marketing elements to optimize guests’ experiences. The role implements key product stories, placement strategies, and sell‑through strategies by managing merchandising changes, product display, and mannequin styling in accordance with company standards and store needs.

Core Responsibilities

Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.

Optimise guests’ experiences through consistent implementation of brand standards in key product stories, product placement strategies, and intuitive store navigation.

Execute powerful and visually appealing product presentation to enhance the guest experience and drive store sell‑through.

Run VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal or weekly merchandise changes as directed.

Provide technical product education to guests, incorporating omnichannel programs for a seamless end‑to‑end experience.

Offer in‑the‑moment training and feedback on brand standards, product placement, and visual display techniques to support ongoing learning.

Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive relationships with team members.

Qualifications

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.

1 year of retail or sales experience.

Some education or experience in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, or space planning.

Experience with visual merchandising, inventory management, and project administration is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; a design degree is a plus.

Food safety and/or liquor service certification for experiential stores (not required).

Schedule & Availability

Flexible schedule: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Shifts may include early mornings, late nights, or overnight periods during peak times.

Compensation & Benefits Base Pay Range:

$21.00 – $24.16/hour

(subject to minimum wage in the location)

Target Bonus:

$2.00/hour

Total Target Base Pay Range:

$23.00 – $26.16/hour
