7X Marketing Award Winner | Strategic Marketing Leader | Driving Growth & Innovation
At Impact Partners Financial, we help retirees and pre‑retirees achieve financial independence with clarity and confidence. Based in Houston, TX, our independent firm provides comprehensive retirement planning, wealth management, and tax‑efficient income strategies. We’ve guided thousands of families toward the retirement they deserve — and we’re just getting started.
About the Role We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee the day‑to‑day execution of our digital communications, CRM workflows, and online brand presence.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at the intersection of marketing strategy, technology, and execution — managing a wide range of tasks, including email campaigns, social ads, website updates, and event support. You’ll collaborate with our VP of Marketing and events team to deliver high‑impact campaigns that generate leads, strengthen our brand, and drive firm growth.
What You’ll Do Digital Campaigns & Email Marketing
Manage all email campaigns in Constant Contact and HubSpot — from audience segmentation to performance reporting.
Oversee digital ad campaigns (Meta/Google) for seminars, workshops, and lead magnets.
Support A/B testing, landing page optimization, and appointment funnel performance.
Maintain our Google My Business listing and perform light SEO updates.
Website & Content
Update and optimize our WordPress website, landing pages, and blog posts.
Collaborate on campaign content, videos, and presentations (like “The Big Beautiful Bill” series).
Ensure all materials align with brand and compliance standards.
CRM & Data Operations
Maintain clean, accurate lead data in Redtail CRM — including tagging, segmentation, and reporting.
Coordinate post‑event workflows and distribute lead rosters to the Sales team.
Audit CRM data regularly to ensure accuracy and automation integrity.
Brand & Event Support
Uphold firm‑wide brand standards across all media and marketing materials.
Support photography, video editing, and social media production for events and internal campaigns.
Collaborate with the Events Specialist on campaign communications, email/text reminders, and event collateral.
What We’re Looking For
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or marketing operations.
Proficiency with Constant Contact (or HubSpot), WordPress, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
Familiarity with SEO, CRM systems (Redtail preferred), and marketing automation.
Exceptional organization, communication, and attention to detail.
Financial services industry experience is a plus.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
Be part of a mission‑driven firm helping people retire with confidence.
Join a collaborative, growing marketing team with room for professional development.
Competitive pay, benefits, and the chance to own projects that make an impact.
Ready to make an impact?
