Position Summary Buldak isn’t just a brand — it’s a viral cultural phenomenon. From viral Fire Noodle Challenges to Gen Z fandom, Buldak thrives on bold ideas, unforgettable experiences, and trend-defining moments. As Senior Manager, Content Production , you will lead all aspects of content creation for social media, helping scale Buldak’s presence on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. You’ll oversee production of vertical video, UGC, influencer collaborations, and campaign content, ensuring everything is culturally relevant, creative, and high-quality. This role is key to doubling our social impact while maintaining Buldak’s signature voice and visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end social content strategy for Buldak’s social media channels, including vertical video, UGC, and influencer campaigns.

Collaborate with influencers, creators, internal marketing, and creative teams to produce high-quality, culturally relevant content.

Plan, shoot, and edit social-first video content optimized for engagement and virality.

Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content and campaigns.

Oversee production schedules, budgets, and vendor/crew management.

Analyze performance metrics and iterate on content strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and brand impact.

Requirements

8-10 years of experience in social content production, film, video, or digital media, with a focus on social-first brands.

Deep expertise in vertical video production for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form platforms.

Proven experience working with influencers and creators, including content production, briefs, and collaboration management.

Experience producing UGC (user-generated content) at scale.

Understanding of social algorithms, platform trends, and performance optimization for short-form video.

Excellent storytelling, editing, and visual composition skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment, staying ahead of social media trends and audience behaviors.

The base salary for this position is between $130,000.00 and $160,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
