Super Tech/Sr. Field Engineer - Viaero Project
TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Super Tech/Sr. Field Engineer to lead complex site builds, turn‑ups, emergency restorations, deep‑dive RF/IP/power diagnostics, and mentor regional teams on advanced methods and safety.
Location Fort Morgan, CO
Responsibilities
Lead complex site builds, turn‑ups, and emergency restorations.
Perform deep‑dive RF/IP/power diagnostics and translate field issues into root‑cause fixes.
Manage field integration testing efforts for 4G/5G key features, develop and review test plans, and drive cross‑functional teams.
Report daily status and prepare presentations, compile and analyze data for effective communication.
Schedule and assign daily tasks, coordinate with subcontractors and provide field‑training support.
Act as customer‑facing technical SME, interface with customer and Samsung teams via conference calls and field activities.
Perform limited project management to ensure RF Engineering deliverables are met.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering; 10+ years related experience or 15 years with a lesser degree.
Practical, hands‑on ability to use and navigate Linux daily.
Experience in Wireless Network Design & Implementation: LTE‑4G/5G, IP, Router/Switching, Commissioning, Base Station Installation, RF Design.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Valid US driver’s license and ability to travel short notice >75% of time.
Preferred
Experience with GIS and mapping tools.
Samsung LTE/5G experience.
CBRS CPI Certification.
Advanced working knowledge of Base Station Vendor equipment.
Proficient in MS Office.
