Job Description
4 to 13 years of proven experience in Test Data Management (TDM) utilizing key TDM tools, especially CA TDM and Informatica TDM.
Extensive hands‑on experience in Broadcom TDM, including:
Using TDM Portal for creating projects, data modeling, data masking, data generation, and self‑service design.
Experience with Fast Data Masker and exploring advanced masking techniques for data desensitization.
Practical use of CA TDM Portal, Data Maker, FDM to streamline test data provisioning.
Implementing TDM solutions to improve test data availability, compliance, and scalability.
Experience with diverse structured data sources such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, DB2 and MongoDB.
Skilled in synthetic data generation and data masking/obfuscation techniques to protect sensitive information.
Strong database fundamentals including data modeling, query tuning, and validation to support test data processes.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and integrating TDM activities.
Experience with scripting and data mining to enhance and automate TDM workflows.
Skilled in designing and implementing enterprise‑level TDM strategies aligned with organizational goals, including data provisioning, masking, synthetic data generation, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Familiarity with data quality and data profiling.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
8 to 10 years of experience in Test Data Management using tools such as Broadcom CA TDM, Delphix, Informatica TDM, Javelin, and GenRocket.
Strong hands‑on expertise with Broadcom TDM components including TDM Portal (project creation, data modeling, masking, generation, self‑service), Fast Data Masker, Data Maker, Data Subsetting, and Javelin workflow design.
Proven experience with the Delphix platform for data virtualization, self‑service portal configuration, data cloning, and automation through REST APIs.
Skilled in designing and implementing enterprise‑level TDM strategies aligned with organizational goals, including data provisioning, masking, synthetic data generation, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Deep understanding of relational and non‑relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Teradata, MongoDB, cloud storage) and ability to handle both structured and unstructured data sources.
Experience integrating TDM solutions within Agile and DevOps frameworks, including automation, CI/CD pipelines, and data pipelines.
Ability to manage end‑to‑end test data lifecycle from request intake to delivery and restoration, ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
Strong analytical skills to assess business needs, architect scalable data management solutions, and continuously improve TDM processes.
Familiarity with data quality, ETL/ELT processes, data profiling, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is a plus.

Continuous improvement focuses on driving enhancements in TDM processes and operational efficiency.
Additional / Good to Have Skills
Understanding of data quality, data dimensions, ETL/ELT, and Big Data concepts.
Experience with data analytics around discovery, profiling, cleaning, and provisioning.
