Job Description Wage – $66,475 annually
Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday

What you will be doing You’ll be responsible for managing career counseling services, case management, career preparation activities, career assessment, and employability skills development. All position responsibilities should be done, in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential Functions
Plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative and programmatic activities of the department.
Assist the deputy and finance directors in preparing the department budget and monitoring and controlling expenditures.
Review and audit the required percentage of active student files monthly to ensure policy requirement compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare and submit related reports.
Develop and implement an effective counseling services program and ensure each counselor is assigned a caseload consistent with guidelines. Take appropriate steps to ensure that case management occurs.
Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive career preparation program for all incoming students.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree including 15 semester hours in social services-related coursework and three (3) years related experience, two of which must be supervisor capacity
Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer proficiency required
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
