Job Summary Coordinates, gathers, and compiles compliance data, and distributes it to external and internal clients. Monitors activity progress to ensure that duties are performed in compliance with DOT CFR 192 regulations.
Essential Functions
Drive and support a “Safety First” culture.
Develop weekly, monthly, and annual compliance reporting.
Develop cost analysis of economic impact of compliance activity.
Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to provide insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and provide data‑driven solutions.
Identify trends and patterns in complex data sets.
Implement data quality measures and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Work with internal and external personnel to develop and maintain atmospheric programs, including prioritizing inspections, estimating, and overseeing projects with supervisor and technician support.
Assist in annual review of corrosion control program with operations supervisors, managers, and engineers.
Complete QA of compliance data entered into the application by internal and external personnel.
Review case management reports to ensure compliance with regulatory rules.
Conduct Survey123 training to support internal and external field employees as needed.
Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders (customers, contractors, legal counsel, vendors).
Process invoicing as needed.
Reconcile customer accounts to ensure CNP remains in compliance with regulatory mandates.
Education and Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another relevant field from an accredited college or university is required. In lieu of a degree, we will consider a combination of education and related experience in office administration, business analysis, or field ACI experience totaling 3 to 5 years, where each year of applicable college = 1 year and each year of applicable work experience = 0.5 year. Experience in lieu of education is in addition to the experience requirements.
Experience: 2–4 years of prior work experience preferred. Prior experience for an electric utility company and/or exposure to project coordination for an electric utility monitoring atmospheric corrosion control will be considered first. Knowledge of GIS, SAP, or demonstrated ability to learn and apply the knowledge. Working knowledge of technical terminology to the development and design of innovative operational initiatives and technology implementation. Demonstrate and apply working knowledge of Federal regulations and standards and other applicable regulatory requirements (DOT CFR 192). Intermediate proficiency level in MS Office applications that may include but are not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Outlook.
