Overview Vantor is forging the new frontier of spatial intelligence to support special operations analysts. We are looking for a technical trainer to develop and deliver training on analytical tools and datasets to customer teams across the U.S. and internationally.

Responsibilities

Document and create training materials for customers to use Vantor’s analytical tools and datasets.

Travel to customer sites (U.S. and international) to provide in‑person training and support.

Engage with mission partners to understand their needs and translate them into training content, tools, and methodologies.

Collaborate with development, support, and stakeholder teams to incorporate feedback and improve training.

Help shape program direction and guidance for internal and customer teams.

Minimum Requirements

U.S. Citizen.

Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and willingness to obtain a CI poly.

Bachelor’s degree and 8 years related experience (military education or experience may be considered in lieu of civilian requirements).

Experience as an ABI, Targeting, or All‑Source analyst (preferred 5 years with 1‑2 years recent support to SOCOM).

Ability to adjust quickly to changing requirements and handle multiple projects.

Team‑environment work style and desire to learn in a non‑traditional setting.

Prior experience administering training or developing training material.

Prior experience supporting SOCOM, SOCOM subordinate commands, or other DoW and IC agencies with targeting and intelligence analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

Baseline knowledge of commercially available information.

Highly organized and detail‑oriented.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Strong customer service, problem‑solving, and adaptability.

Strong aptitude for technology and self‑directed multitasking.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay Transparency

Base pay for Washington, DC metro area: $118,000 – $196,000 annually.

Other states use geographic cost of labor to develop market‑driven ranges; each location may have a different range.
