Summary of Role Develop C# software to implement tests on a commercial tester and work with electrical engineers to write software programs that automate the electrical test on a commercial tester.
Essential Responsibilities Program the commercial tester, use the code to control the instrumentation, obtain requirements from customers and electrical engineers, debug code, verify tester results with electrical test engineers, and communicate with the company’s engineering and external customer on test code accuracy.

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.
Required Qualifications
Education – Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related field of study.
Experience – 1 year of post-baccalaureate experience in programming and debugging low level code such as C++, C# or Java, Windows and Linux programming environments and commands, preparing technical requirements and software design specifications, communicating with Electrical Engineers on test requirements, understanding how to program test equipment, and communicating with electrical engineers and customers on coding problems and test equipment.
