Position Overview
Stealth Solutions is seeking an experienced and driven
Salesforce OmniStudio Developer
to design, build, and deliver scalable solutions across the Salesforce platform with a focus on Public Sector Solutions and OmniStudio. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, understand best practices for Apex and Flow development, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
This is a primarily remote position, but candidates must be located in the Washington/DMV (D.C., Maryland, Virginia) metro area.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and OmniStudio tools.
Develop and configure OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) to meet business needs.
Develop and configure Business Rules Engine to build powerful, scalable lookups and calculations to automate complex decisions.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate user stories and business requirements into technical specifications.
Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Build and optimize custom solutions leveraging Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processes, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Extend the Salesforce data model through the creation of custom objects, relationships, and metadata.
Create and maintain system documentation, unit tests, and reusable components.
Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to secure coding and Salesforce platform standards.
Support data migration and integration activities, including mapping, transformation, and troubleshooting.
Assist with deployment planning and execution using source control and CI/CD pipelines.
Required Certifications
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer or Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of experience in Salesforce development with demonstrated project success.
Strong understanding of core Salesforce architecture, object model, and security model.
Hands‑on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations.
Agile development experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed cross‑functional team.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
Experience working with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes.
Familiarity with Experience Cloud development and digital experiences.
Prior experience supporting government or public sector clients.
Willingness to maintain and earn new Salesforce certifications as needed.
