Products Liability Litigation Attorney

Our client is a national law firm seeking an associate with 3-7 years of experience in complex litigation: mass torts, product liability, toxic tort, life science, or commercial litigation defense to join their trial practice in St. Louis, MO. This position offers a hybrid schedule and an opportunity to work alongside an award‑winning trial team on complex, high‑stakes litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents

Conduct legal research and analysis for case strategy

Take and defend depositions

Participate in all stages of trial preparation, including discovery, witness preparation, and courtroom advocacy

Assist in developing case strategy and client counseling

Handle court appearances and argue motions as needed

Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex litigation matters
