Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Recruiter (Contract-to-Perm, 6-Month Open-Ended) in Midtown Atlanta, GA.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, detail-oriented recruiting professional to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position begins on a contract basis with strong potential for permanent hire.
In this role, you will support full-cycle recruitment for professional services roles, focusing on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for experienced hiring. The team offers a professional, supportive culture with opportunities for learning, growth, and career advancement.
Daily Duties
Source, review, and screen candidates for multiple requisitions (5-7 at a time), ensuring quality submissions to hiring managers.
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute recruiting strategies for experienced hires.
Manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and facilitate a smooth candidate experience.
Assist with special projects related to recruitment materials, processes, or tools to enhance TA efforts.
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide reporting insights as needed.
Top Three Daily Tasks
Sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for professional services roles.
Managing full-cycle recruiting activities and pipelines for multiple requisitions.
Supporting hiring managers and team members to ensure efficient, high-quality recruitment processes.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
3-5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in professional services or consulting.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent listening, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience leveraging multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, and Boolean searches.
Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Details
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 WFH / 2 onsite)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $38 per hour
Conversion: Contract-to‑perm potential
Equipment: Laptop provided
