Pay range: $85,000.00/yr – $250,000.00/yr

Job Details Location: Clackamas, OR. Full‑time role focused on leading a high‑performing sales team to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within the food industry. Requires strong background in food sales, ability to develop and execute strategies that increase market share and consistently achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
Manage key customer relationships and analyze market trends specific to the food sector
Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing sales team to meet individual and team sales goals
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and increase sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, and other departments to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years in the food industry, with at least 3 years of experience directly managing a sales team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field preferred
Bilingual candidates are a plus
