NEW MEXICO AIR NATIONAL GUARD
**You may be eligible for a Recruitment OR Relocation incentive per agency's policy.
This National Guard position is for a ATTORNEY ADVISER (GENERAL), Position Description Number T0097000 and is part of the NM 150th Special Operations Wing, National Guard.
Duties Requirements
Federal employment suitability as determined by a background investigation.
May be required to successfully complete a trial period.
Participation in direct deposit is mandatory.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance of the position.
This position is covered by the Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment of the Gun Control Act (Lautenberg Amendment) of 1968. An individual convicted of a qualifying crime of domestic violence may not perform the duties of this position.
Ability to establish effective professional working relationships with coworkers and customers, contributing to a cooperative working environment and successful accomplishment of the mission.
Must either be currently in good standing (certified) with a State Bar or able to obtain certification.
Must be a graduate of an ABA-accredited law school.
Work may require frequent travel away from the normal duty station on military and commercial aircraft. The work may require the employee to drive a motor vehicle. An appropriate, valid driver’s license may be required for the position.
