Overview We’re seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst with hands‑on configuration expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of our HR systems. This role focuses on the Core HR module (Employee Central), not payroll or finance, and involves close collaboration with business users to customize, configure, and optimize system functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Core HR modules based on business requirements.

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.

Provide ongoing support for system issues, data feeds, and reporting.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations and data flow between SuccessFactors and other HR systems.

Maintain system documentation, configuration logs, and process design records.

Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of system updates or enhancements.

Ensure data integrity and compliance across HR systems.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, primarily in Core HR (Employee Central).

Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and system integrations.

Proven experience with configuration and customization within SuccessFactors modules.

Ability to manage data feeds, troubleshoot integration errors, and support reporting needs.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting SuccessFactors reporting tools (Ad Hoc, Advanced Reporting, or People Analytics).

Familiarity with SAP Integration Center or middleware platforms (Boomi, CPI).

Previous experience in a hybrid HRIS/business systems analyst role.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
