Summary
We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our People team and lead the full-cycle hiring process for all company functions. In this role, you’ll partner with department leaders across Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Planning, Merchandising, Product, Wholesale, Retail and more to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor on recruiting strategy, compensation, and market trends - ensuring we continue to build strong, high-performing teams that reflect Parachute’s values and growth ambitions. This is a highly visible role that blends hands-on recruiting with strategic insight.

What You’ll Do
Manage the
full-cycle recruitment process
for a wide range of corporate and retail roles — from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding handoff.
Partner with hiring managers
and department leaders to understand business needs, headcount plans, and team structures.
Analyze market data
and compensation trends to inform hiring decisions and maintain internal equity.
Build, implement, and continuously improve
recruiting best practices, processes , and tools to ensure an efficient, consistent, and high-quality hiring experience.
Support
management of payroll costs
by aligning offers and compensation recommendations to budget and market data.
Develop creative
sourcing strategies
to attract top talent across functional areas.
Build and
manage talent pipelines
by sourcing passive candidates.
Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-touch
candidate experience
at every stage.
Track and report recruiting metrics
and pipeline updates to the VP of People and business partners. Use data to share your hiring strategy and clearly communicate insights and proactively develop solutions to overcome challenges.
Maintain
accurate data in our ATS
(Greenhouse experience a plus) and ensure compliance with all hiring and employment regulations.
Collaborate with the People team on
broader initiatives
such as employer branding, DEI efforts, and process improvements.
Who You Are
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a startup high-growth eCommerce or consumer brand environment
Strong experience overseeing hiring across multiple corporate functions (finance, supply chain, marketing, planning, merchandising, product, wholesale, and retail).
Understanding of more complex compensation structures, including commission and bonus programs, and how to align them with market benchmarks.
Ability to analyze and interpret market data and salary trends to guide hiring recommendations.
Strong business acumen and comfort partnering with senior leadership on headcount and budget management.
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable mindset - able to manage multiple searches and priorities with ease.
A self-starter with a high bar for quality and a passion for candidate experience

Parachute takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. The estimated pay range for this role is $100k - $115k.
