Job Overview

This product recruiter position is located in Richmond, VA with a regular office schedule Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates with a focus on product management, UX/UI design, and software development roles.
Conduct initial phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit and technical proficiency.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system, including candidate interactions and feedback.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future product tech openings.
Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and recruitment strategies based on market trends and candidate feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product tech recruitment.
Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
Proven track record of commitment and success in previous roles.
3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on product management, UX/UI design, and software development roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using recruitment tools and databases.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Expertise in shaping and executing recruitment strategies for SaaS information products, real estate products, or similar products.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
