Position Overview
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process for financial advisors as well as internal support positions. This individual will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring professionals who will uphold our high standards of client service and align with our company values. The ideal candidate has prior recruiting experience within a professional services environment (financial services, accounting, consulting, legal, etc.) and understands how to engage with candidates in competitive markets. Compensation
This role has an annual salary of $75,000 and is eligible for a 10% bonus paid out per quarter based on performance. Key Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle recruiting for financial advisors and corporate support roles (from intake through onboarding handoff). Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job postings, and establish recruitment strategies. Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.) to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Conduct phone screens and interviews, evaluating candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit. Coordinate interview processes, provide timely communication to candidates, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Maintain compliance with all employment laws and internal hiring processes. Extend offers to selected candidates and manage the offer negotiation process. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Minimum 2–4 years of recruiting experience within a professional services environment (financial services, consulting, accounting, legal, or similar). Demonstrated ability to recruit for client-facing and internal support positions. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
