Senior Manager, Commercial Supply Chain Enablement Dallas, TX
Position Responsibilities
Leads the BGS Supply Chain Enablement team(s) supporting the Commercial Spares and Managed Parts supply chain organizations.
Responsible for ERP business sustainment, ERP business processes, change management, and training.
Works across the BGS Commercial supply chain to identify and deploy measurable process improvements to drive scale and efficiency.
Provides project management expertise and oversight in deployment of new Commercial Supply Chain capabilities, technologies, and processes.
Integrates closely with the BGS Commercial Spares & Managed Parts P&L and supporting supply chain functions to align supply chain investments and priorities.
Collaborates with IT to identify and deploy opportunities for increased technology integration and utilization.
Champion change and transformational initiatives as applicable to operational excellence, business systems and processes.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
5+ years of experience leading or managing cross‑functional or cross‑business unit teams.
5+ years of experience implementing lean principles or continuous process improvement initiatives.
Experience working with Boeing Supply Chain tools and processes.
Proven track record in effective development and implementation of vision and strategy.
Strong integration skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Bachelor’s degree or higher (or foreign equivalent).
10 years of experience in supply chain for a global organization.
Demonstrated ability to create shared vision and translate into strategy implementation.
Experience leading culture and organizational transformation.
A strong natural leadership style that moves people to act, motivates and inspires excellence and innovation.
Proactively & quickly makes sense of complex issues; responds effectively to complex and ambiguous situations; communicates complicated information simply.
