Lead project coordination from design development through construction documentation and administration Collaborate with internal design teams, consultants, and clients to deliver high-quality, buildable solutions Oversee junior team members and contribute to mentoring and professional growth within the studio Ensure projects meet design intent, technical standards, and project schedules Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture 6+ years of professional experience in the architecture industry, with relevant project experience Licensed Architect (RA) preferred Proficiency in Revit, Rhino Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills LEED AP or other sustainability credentials a plus
