Academic Scholar, Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor, Division of Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine Position Title: Academic Scholar, Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor, Division of Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine

The Division of Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, seeks a fellowship-trained, Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Pediatric Sleep Medicine physician to join our growing multidisciplinary Pediatric Sleep Medicine Program. Specialty training or interest in pediatric pulmonary medicine is encouraged but not required. Successful candidate will serve as an Attending in our Pediatric Sleep Disorders Center, with opportunities to participate in teaching, clinical quality initiatives, and patient-oriented research.

Responsibilities

Provide care for the full spectrum of pediatric sleep disorders including OSA, restless legs syndrome, insomnia, parasomnias, circadian rhythm disorders, narcolepsy, and complex sleep-related breathing conditions.

Interpret pediatric sleep studies (PSG, MSLT, MWT) and manage PAP and related therapies.

Participate in clinical or translational research with mentorship and support.
