and subsidiary company of Cambridge Investment Group, is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Wealth Advisor to join our growing team. This is a W-2 employment opportunity that allows entrepreneurial advisors to benefit from firm infrastructure, compliance support, and operational resources — without giving up the freedom to build strong client relationships.
We welcome candidates currently working independently (1099) who are seeking a transition to a W-2 model while bringing a book of business into a collaborative, growth-focused firm. If you are an experienced financial advisor with an established book of business looking for a new opportunity to grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment, this is the role for you!
We are open to applicants in the Boxborough, MA and Sacramento, CA area.
Essential Duties Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored investment advice to new and existing clients within the BridgePort platform
Manage client portfolios using individual securities and third-party strategies
Lead client meetings, present financial plans, and implement recommendations
Collaborate with Private Wealth Advisors on portfolio design
Mentor junior advisors and client service staff
Identify opportunities to increase AUM from existing clients
Advise clients on a wide range of financial planning areas: investments, tax, retirement, education, insurance, and estate planning
Education & Experience The ideal candidate would be an experienced financial professional skilled in investment management and holistic financial planning.
Certificates & Licenses Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and Series 66 or 65 are required.
Preferred Skills Ideal Candidates Also Have
An existing book of business and are exploring a transition to a W-2 structure
A client-first mindset with a drive for long-term relationship building
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
A desire to be part of a mission-driven firm with a reputation for excellence
